Our mentor matching process

As a mentee, you have the opportunity to reach out to mentors and invite them to be your mentor. You can have up to two ongoing mentorship at the same time. 

When reaching out, you can include a personal note explaining why you believe the mentor is the perfect fit for you and how you envision their support. Mentors often express that detailed and personalized requests make it easier for them to make a decision.

Your message, along with an email notification, will be sent directly to the mentor. If the mentor sees it as a potential match, we will notify you via email. You can keep track of your mentor requests on your dashboard, which will reflect the number of active requests you have.
We will also let you know if it's not a match.
